Try any of these great-tasting, healthy recipes which rely on the main ingredients and herbs rather than much salt to bring out the true flavour.

Makes: 1 kilo

Guacamole1 K Avocado
80g Finely chopped onion
30g Lime juice
30g Chopped fresh coriander leaves
8g Finely chopped fresh green chili
100g Diced Tomato
A/N Salt
A/N Pepper

Preparation

1. Remove skin and stone of the avocado, add onion, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chili and mash to a textured consistency.

2. It should not be smooth.

3. Add tomato and stir.

4. Serve with tortilla Totopos (Tortilla Chips) - Cut tortillas in 6 parts and fry until crispy.
