Base ingredients:
150ml (1/4 milk)
150ml (1/4 pint) Elmlea single
Variation 1:
115g (4 oz) strawberries
2 scoops Wall's Soft Scoop or Cream of Cornish ice cream
Mint leaves to decorate
Variation 2:
1 ripe banana
2 scoops of Wall's Soft Scoop or Cream of Cornish ice cream
grated nutmeg or Cadbury's Chocolate, to decorate
Preparation
Variation 1:
1. Reserve a strawberry for decoration and place the rest in a blender with the milk and Elmlea. Blend until smooth
2. Pour into a tall glass and top with the ice cream. Decorate with the reserved strawberry and a mint leaf
Variation 2:
1. Peel the banana and place in a blender with the milk and Elmlea. Blend until smooth
2. Pour into a glass and top with ice cream. Decorate with grated nutmeg or chocolate
