Oscar-winning hair

Want hair like Paris Hilton, Nicole Kidman or Posh Spice? It’s easier than you think with the right products and a bit of practice.

Hair in rollersMake like Mischa

American OC starlet Mischa Barton goes for the artfully tousled look that can take hours to create. But Mischa's waves can be yours in just thirty minutes.

Towel dry your hair to remove excess moisture, and blast it with your hairdryer until it's half dry. Apply about a teaspoon of Sunsilk Curl Booster and No Frizz Balm, spreading evenly through the length.

Twist even sections of hair into ropes and dry gently, using a diffuser attachment on your hairdryer. Then to finish, gently rake your fingers through your hair, lift and separating the twists so they form loose, gentle curls. Finish with Sunsilk Flexihold Hairspray to keep in place.

Tip: If you have naturally straight hair, use curling tongs instead of twisting hair with your fingers.

Good heir day

The world's most outrageous heiress, Paris Hilton, always looks groomed and glamorous, despite her non-stop party lifestyle.

To get silky straight locks like Paris, use your hairdryer to take most of the moisture out of your freshly washed hair, then apply a teaspoon of Sunsilk Iron Effect Straightening Cream, spreading it evenly through the length.

Divide your hair into manageable sections and blow dry it, pulling each section taut and ensuring the nozzle of your dryer is pointing down to the tip of the hair to maximise your hair's natural gloss.

And to add a final touch of superstar shine, rub a small amount of Sunsilk Style Definition & Shine Wax between your fingertips and gently run your fingers through your hair, defining layers.

Tip: For ultra-straight hair use straightening irons to polish and smooth your look.

Kidman curls

Nicole Kidman is famous for her cascading curls. And her carefree look is perfect for those blessed with naturally curly locks.

To copy the former Mrs Cruise's style, get your hair to the half-dry stage and stroke a teaspoon of Sunsilk Curl Booster & No Frizz through the length.

Divide your hair into sections and twist around a curling tong – the smaller the section the tighter the curl will be.

To finish, take a coin-sized piece of Sunsilk Texture & Control Putty, rub it into your hands and scrunch softly through the curls at the end of your hair, to leave them bouncy and well defined.

Tip: Don't brush out your curls – separate them with your fingers to create body.

Looking Posh

English style icon and former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham – aka Posh Spice - has just stunned fashion followers by swapping her long hair extensions for a short, chic graduated 'bob'.

To get Victoria's sleek look, pump three shots of Sunsilk's Blow Drying Aid into your hands and work evenly through the hair with a wide-tooth comb.

Rough dry your hair with a hairdryer, then roll a large round brush through sections of your hair, pulling the hair taut and pointing the nozzle down to keep the hair shaft flat and smooth. Repeat until your hair is completely dry.

Add a little Sunsilk Style Definition & Shine Wax to define and separate layers.

Tip: If you have fine hair, avoid using wax which can weigh it down. Sunsilk Flexihold Hairspray is the perfect choice to keep your style in place.
